Short summary. A short drawing session, around 36 minutes of actual drawing. Maybe 10 or so seconds in between pages. Timing drawings to stay focused and not drift, trying to repeat what worked in earlier drawings. Important takeaway was to use wedge construction for head.

starting with line drawings by recipe, place X type of line here, and so on, trying different angles, not thinking about constructions or volume, just tricks

filling shadow regions quickly proved challenging, 3 and 4's method didn't give enough time to complete bust, remembered on 5 that face can be made out of wedge but forgot temple, simplified wedge and added temple in 6

continuing to play with wedge, starting to remember hogarth construction on 4, still drawing too slowly though, reminding self in 60s I should have complete form of human body not just head

started 'feeling' the depth a little more clearly in the cheekbone line in 2

giving myself a little more time to complete the head

trying different simplifications, becoming more comfortable with the time limit, tried repeating what worked in 3 in 4 but didn't quite capture it, started losing it on 5 and more on 6 which was heavy-handed, which meant time to stop.
